I did a sketch for Illustration Friday’s "Hide" theme. I have a photo of this somewhere in my photo trunk. I dind’t feel like looking for it, so I did this sketch from memory. My cat Sasha had crawled into a Record Bar bag, it’s a flat paper bag so when she got inside it the bag took this odd shape and ALL you could see of her was her eye! It’s such a cute photo if I can ever find it. I took it w/ a film SLR and if I remember right, the only thing in focus in the photo was her eye, very cool. 
I did this in my Moleskine.

For Illustration Friday’s "Communication" Challenge, a sketch of my Nokia N80 camera phone. Besides the obvious call-making, I text A LOT and moblog as well using the camera phone, photo editor, and internet on the phone. Drawn w/ pencil in my Moleskine.

This is late, but I wanted to do it anyway. Illustration Friday’s "Sprout" challenge.
I did it first in colored pencil but I am never happy w/ my colored pencil work. I see patches of color, and so I draw patches of color, and then it looks like awful patchy patches of color. So, when I was done, I did a "quick sketch" of what I was drawing, in like 2 minutes, just so I’d feel better. These are camera-phone images for now, I’ll scan them in tomorrow because my computer is doing something intensive now and I don’t want to "push" it right now (don’t want computer to freeze up). Gee, I wish I had a macbook pro.
For Illustration Friday. Challenge = "Red". 2007, not "06". EDITED TO ADD 2/1/07, I am currently working on making this sketch better, improving the coloring with better colored pencils.
